  • Delivery


    We ship all items by post. We have 6,90 € flat shipping cost. You can order as many items as you want in the same delivery. The delivery time depends on the delivery location: Finland 2-3 working days, other European countries 3-6 working days (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Luxemburg, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic).


    Occasionally we have campaigns with lower shipping fees to certain destinations. You can always see the current shipping fee at the checkout page. 


  • Privacy and Security

    The customer database is kept secure and accessible only by Netflea.com personnel. We store the following information for each customer: name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase history and other information about customer’s activities in our service. Everyone accessing the database have completed proper privacy training and access the information using their personal login credentials. You can manage your personal details in the ‘My Account’ section. Netflea.com is an anonymous service – we don’t disclose the personality of users to other users.   • Returns and Cancellations

    The customer has the legal right to return any orders within 15 days of receipt. The returned items and packaging must be in the original condition. We deduct the standard shipping fee from the purchase price that we return to customer’s payment method.

     If you want to return something, please fill the electronic returns form HERE, and we will give you the instructions within 3 working days.

    Returns must be packed carefully.


  • Shopping

    You can pick items from all categories to your shopping cart. When you are happy with your cart, you can go to checkout to pay and enter the delivery details.

    Every item in the shop is unique and we have only one sample of it. An item in the shopping cart does not guarantee that you get the product, because another customer may be interested in the same item. The one that buys, i.e. pays, a product first, will get it.


  • Purchase Agreement

    Netflea.com has a unique business model, where the sellers and buyers are consumers, and Netflea.com works as the trusted intermediary trading every item with the consumer. In other words, this is a consumer-to-business-to-consumer service. The sales transaction happens from a consumer to Netflea.com (legally registered as Suomen Nettikirpputorit Oy in Finland) and further from Netflea.com to the buying consumer.

    The buyer benefits from this model as she has full consumer rights, including the right to return any item within 15 days of receipt.

    Netflea.com will credit seller’s account after the return period. Due to logistics delays, please allow up to 30 days from the sales date before contacting us for any missing credits. If the buyer returns an item, it’s put back on sale.


  • Payments

    Payments are handled by Adyen B.V., which is a licensed payment service provider, registered in the Netherlands. The available payment methods depend on the shipping destination and are visible at the payment page. The following payment methods are available everywhere: American Express, iDeal, Master Card Debit, Master Card Credit, Sofort, Visa Debit, Visa Credit. Additionally, we accept payment by PayPal.
